Salford City's Maresca Unfazed by Guardiola Exit
Salford City manager Enzo Maresca has spoken out about the challenge of replacing Pep Guardiola at Manchester City. Maresca is facing the daunting task of leading the team after Guardiola's departure.

Maresca is relishing the challenge of filling Guardiola's boots and reckons City have a structure in place to keep on winning with him in charge. He said: "I consider Pep to be the best coach in the world in the last 20-25 years, so it's a challenge. It's nice, it's a privilege, and also the history of the manager with many years in the same club always struggled a little, like after Sir Alex."

Maresca is confident that the organisation is the main thing that will help the team succeed. He said: "This club has had three managers in 17 years. This is not normal, it doesn't happen often, so this is one of the things why I'm confident we can do a great job. And continue to do the job that has been done in the last 14 or 15 years."
